We want you to love your Hogposh products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns on gently used or unused items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been fully depleted or intentionally damaged.
To start a return, please email our support team at hello@hogposh.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
